No Fragrances or Colour Additives Fragrances and colour additives can be sensitising agents to animals. Soap Free Allergroom does not remove flea products that are spread and held in the lipid layer of the animal’s coat. Allergroom is recommended to clean the coat before application of any flea control line-on or spot-on.
